This policy covers information YYZdata Inc. collects through yyzdata.com. Data processed by Signals for a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, not by this policy.

What we collect

• What you send us through a form: your name, work email, organization, the reason you are writing and your message.
• With each form submission, the country your connection comes from and your browser type, so we can spot misuse.
• Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send you what you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email, under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

As long as it is useful for the conversation you started, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
